| Problem 1 Response:
- Whether they have a legitimate reason or not, it's their choice to leave. I have no qualms.
Problem 2 Response:
- I never saw that as a problem, only reason why is that we don't have many active players at the moment, which correlates to the 4rd response.
Problem 3 Response:
- We told Lightyy to switch Master to someone else, and we know how he responded, so whether we like it or not, and whether he likes it or not, it's quite in a way his fault for not realizing he wouldn't be on for an extended period of time. Especially since it's way over the time when he told us he was supposedly not able to be on. And the fact that some guild functions REQUIRE ACTION FROM THE MASTER, it doesn't help this situation much, which correlates to the 5th response.
Problem 4 Response:
- If anyone is wondering about the lack of players, be sure to remind them that we have lives outside of game. I'm literally in classes in the morning and then I study until the evening, then sleep. I barely keep up much with RC stuff personally, let alone logging on DN. I kinda had my fun my first two years of college, but now in my 3rd year, I really need to buckle down with school/research/etc. And I'm sure others have their own situations as well.

- Ads I believe are only accessible by Lightyy...... so...... Refer to 3rd response again. | |

| Update: I'm trying all that I can to manage the guild as a temporary master.
*Kicked some members who hasn't logged on for 28+ days.
*Arranged GS (maybe a little bit) uhm
*50% more till lvl 19 and
*put up recruitment ad so new players can join.
*changed the ranks of some members to Vet and
*recruiting new members.
p.s. I'm not a good leader believe me.
I can't even lead a group properly in real life lol

| I can help you Final  Believe in yourself. Good leader is a person who get to know others, and always listen to members. Choose the best choice for guild, for guildies. Be responsible  Dont be so strict ^^ like me  | |
